Alex’s brother’s wedding is this weekend and we will be back in the Toronto area for the wedding before resuming our trip from the last region we travelled through: MICHIGAN
If you vote for #MISCONSIN we will be seeing the northern part of Michigan and entering Wisconsin from the North West.
If you vote for #MICHIANA we will be seeing the southern part of Michigan and entering Indiana from the North.
Because we spend such a small amount of time in each state, your vote will control what areas of the State(s) we are able to see! So vote carefully, maybe you are from Wisconsin but want us to enter from South East to see a museum. The Franklin Fountain
We were in Philadelphia not too long ago! The online community there was great at pointing us to some non-tourist-bookish places. One of our favourite suggestions was to get get some homemade Ice Cream at The Franklin Fountain.

We went white water rafting in the ‘New River’ of West Virginia yesterday and the good people at River Expeditions took this amazing picture of us. We have some great footage of us on the river that we can’t wait to get up on the site, so stay tuned for that.
We never in a thousand years would have gone white water rafting in West Virginia if it was not for your suggestions. Big thanks to all of the people who suggested it, and gave us one of our best moments of the trip so far.
