    Hi Alex and Luke,

I wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say welcome to Yellowknife and I hope you enjoy your visit.

I at the visitor center today and was speaking with Andy. He was telling me about your upcoming visit to Yellowknife and how he hopes to bring you to Old Town to see our cute little cottage shop that makes artisan glassware from recycled bottles.

I am the manager of the business and moved here October of last year. My intention was to stay two months and I have been here a year and a half.

Yellowknife is full of the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met and I hope you enjoy our YK winter portion of your tour.

Right on! Welcome back to the north! When you do your summer trip, you HAVE to find a way to get to Virginia Falls in Nahanni National Park.

Sounds like another amazing trek to add to your already amazing adventures. Hopefully you’ll have some good night time shows for the northern lights since it will be the season. I love keeping tabs with this site: http://www.spaceweather.com/

People often tell me that once they come to Yellowknife, they either stay or return, I guess you are only proving this.

You’ll me great people, see great things and I know you’ll showcase it well.

Welcome back! We’re thrilled you’re visiting our city and that you’ve decided to come during the nicer seasons. We’ve had beautiful, sunny days all week. Remember to wear your hats, though: it’s still cold.
